Any tenant past or present may earn a $40.00 cash reward for referring someone to us. This referral must actually rent from us, once the lease is signed you earn $ 40.00. This can be in cash or deducted off your rent, your choice. There is no limit to the number of times you may receive this payment for referring potential renters to us. Simply have the person put your name on their application as a referral. You may also earn this reward after you have left any of our buildings. All you need to do is inform friends, family, co-workers or any one else you think would like an affordable place to live to log onto our web site and view our current vacancies. This offer covers you whether you currently or previously rent a room or an apartment. This reward is also the same whether your referral rents a room or an apartment from us.
