Welcome to Monroe Investment's web page. Our goal is to provide affordable housing that is clean, decent, and reasonable. We specialize in renting rooms in older remodeled homes in Greenlake, Greenwood, Wallingford, Southpark and the University District. We also have apartments in Greenlake, Wallingford, Fremont, and Queen Anne. These apartments are located in older buildings with unique and unusual floor plans. Please see below for pictures, prices, availability, and locations. Please keep in mind we DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING or PETS.

Current Vacancies

Below is a list of current vacancies, which is updated twice a week. If you do not find a unit that is in your price range or preferred neighborhood check back weekly for updates. All units are rented on a first come basis. That is, we do not screen more than one potential tenant at a time for a particular unit. We guarantee a response to an application within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Applications processed over the weekend will be responded to by 10am Monday. Once an application is turned in the unit is held exclusively for that applicant. If an applicant does not choose to rent the unit once they have passed a background check the deposit is forfeited as liquidated damages. Once an applicant has been approved he/she has twenty-four hours to make acceptable arrangements to complete the lease or forfeit said right to rent the unit.

Rental Requirements

  • No Smoking
  • No Pets
  • Pass a credit check and full criminal and civil background check
  • $200 Lease deposit (fully refundable at completion of lease)
  • $35 Application fee, multiple applications will not be taken on the same unit
  • First and Last months rent required to move in, payment plans can be made for those with a good credit history
