Rental Requirements

• No Smoking
• No Pets
• Pass a credit check and full criminal and civil background check
• $200 Lease deposit (fully refundable at completion of lease)
• $35 Application fee, multiple applications will not be taken on the same unit
• First and Last months rent required to move in, payment plans can be made for those with a good credit history
